Why don't we have a Admin section so we can post stuff just for us to see or am I not allowed?

An admin section is always a good idea, especially for the people keeping an eye on the servers. Even if it's just to discuss 'possible' issues it's good that everyone is on the same page.

Well, that's provided you aren't:
A) a girl (eww)
B) a ginger (No redheads, only people with souls allowed)
C) a fatty (The snacks in admin aren't free, Gahd!)

Forgetting a bit Nexgen, because kicking doesn't work in Nexgen and nobody solved the problem, bind a key for adminlogin. When jesters are spamming chat junks open MapVote and KICK them. As admin in MapVote, a kick against a player will have effect instantly. If are two, you can turn them into planes - fly away, guys... They will spend time outside until map is changed.
Definitely someone has to be a full powered admin and then things are different.

Number two: I don't know where is server hosted and access policies, unless you might edit Ban policies from INI using WildCards chars and keep them away by restricting access for their entire IP class accordingly. If server is hosted "at home" - private ground so to speak, options are a lot...

If they do have attitude problems - as I can see even in other forums - and they think that someone is owing them something, perhaps it's time for a class in how to get slapped out of HoF servers. You can give them even an advice before removing them, they can setup their own stupid server and are free to spam that and crash it all day long.

Countries described by you I think are restricted on my Home ground by default. Why ? First is this attitude problem - I never learned anything from these jesters and then... their ping is not a deal for me, more than 300 which I don't take as a "Go For". As long as I do not play in such servers, I won't accept others to make a mess in my yard. Bot haters are restricted by default, those restrictive policies are permanent.
