I created a voice pack for Achmed the Dead Terrorist but it only plays locally other players can't hear it. Any help would be appreciated

Clients should have it as the first measure in order to run it otherwise client doesn't have any clue what server has loaded. Which means a question: Have you added this VoicePack in ServerPackages in the server used by those clients ?

If you want others to hear your voice pack it must also be hosted in the servers package list. Reminds me I need to host my other voicepacks again here on the forums.
