Ok, i already try DM_Kitchen_R20. Bots are angry now.
But! There was invisibility on top of open door of a fridge - it not there anymore.
Also, final upper stairs to attic - bots get stuck there on stairs.

Items should be there unless something went wrong - I'll look if they are falling in void. Bot support it's not intended to run extremely aggressive, just for not preventing excessive camping. I did not do long tests, just testing server instance for figuring if exist a problem or not.
This is what map has I'll start a local SOLO game for figuring what's the problem, because it respawns at 120 seconds. If Bots are taking it quickly is possible to not see that much. AT stairs... if is not a BSP problem is a Bot problem, paths are bidirectional, they should be navigable in theory.
And in game using normal DeathMatch without any mutator: Okay, let me look at those maps from Jeppa servers.

I check many times on server game - invisibility item are not there. Shield are there, other items are there but not invisibility. I look before game start and after - it's just not there.

I couldn't find in internet any working maps, the packs that i find do not have all files that maps needs to run. I think i have them on my old HDD in UT99 folder as cache, so i will look later on this.

Then I'll check server configuration, map has invisibility, you can un-cache map-file and check it out of server. The only thing removed was NullAmmo and some FlakBox which I replaced with FlakAmmo.

Ok right now i find in internet one another old map from jeppa server: DM-1on1-Banktrix. It is not of their own made maps, still i like this one a lot in a old days. Interesting info: this map was created in summer 2001 by famous game designer, Epic Contractor, who once served on the USS John C. Stennis.

I have a map pack from 2002 on my old external drive that has

I think are there if I recall mapvote column - and Kitchen might be the same duplicated not renamed junk which I adjusted two days ago...
To not forget - it did not even have a navigationpointlist - game was finding PlayerStart using iterator not default LinkedList method, not a big deal but... cough... that's not what I call mapping.
BankTrix might be too small for a sniper server...

If you know exact file-names it's easy to get them pretty quickly even if it's about redirect.
